Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation of registration:

Cancellation of a registration must be communicated via email to wcpm2023@symposiacongressi.com  before 31 March 2023. There will be a € 60,00 administration charge applied to the registration fee which will be deducted at the time of refund. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Any refunds outside our normal terms will only be reviewed and processed after the 2023 World Congress and no later than 31 August 2023. Cancellations after 31 March 2022 will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the registration fees.

Substitution of registration:

Substitutions of attendees (name changes) can be made up until by 30 April 2023 and must be requested in writing via email to wcpm2023@symposiacongressi.com.

Travel requirements and responsibilities for onsite attendees:

It is the attendee’s own responsibility to: 

• check and fulfill any visa requirements for entry in Italy (and for any other countries that attendees stop at on the way to Italy). 

• arrange any personal travel insurance wanted or needed for entry in Italy (and for any other countries that attendees stop at the way to Italy). 

• check and fulfill the current travel and testing requirements relating to COVID19 for entry in Italy (and for any other countries that attendees stop at on the way to Italy), and for return travel to their home country. 

Charging:

In the event that the delegate has selected the incorrect registration fee, WCPM 2023 Organizing Secretariat reserves the right and will change this after submission and reserves the right to refuse access for incorrect payment of registration fees.
