BEST ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Information and instructions:
- Best Oral presentations are distributed in the Congress scientific program on May 8, 9 and 10.
- The given time for each presentation is 5 minutes.
- Extra time for discussion and Q&A will be allotted at the discretion of Moderators.
- Presenting authors are expected to deliver live, hence the PowerPoint file can be uploaded to the Slide Center in the Conference venue.
- Like any other Oral Communication, Best Oral presentations must also be recorded and submitted in advance as a PowerPoint file (follow instructions in the Oral Communications section).
- Download the instructions document (see below button) to retrieve the PowerPoint template and further information.
- Presenters must be duly registered in the Congress by March 20, 2023, otherwise their presentation will be removed from the program and from the abstract book.
- Submission deadline of the pre recorded PowerPoint: April 20, 2023
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS

- Oral Communication sessions are scheduled throughout the Congress program on May 8, 9 and 10.
- The given time for each presentation is 4 minutes.
- Extra time for discussion and Q&A will be allotted after each presentation or at the end of the session at the discretion of Moderators.
- Every presentation must be recorded and submitted in advance as a PowerPoint file with voice and presenter’s close-up video embedded.
- Download the instructions document (see below button) to retrieve the PowerPoint template and further information.
- Presenters must be duly registered in the Congress by March 20, 2023, otherwise their presentation will be removed from the program and from the abstract book.
- Submission deadline of the pre recorded PowerPoint: April 20, 2023
POSTER COMMUNICATIONS
Information and instructions
- Posters will be always available on dedicated e-poster touch screens in the Congress venue.
- Poster Communication sessions will also be scheduled throughout the Congress program on May 8, 9 and 10 to allow Q&A from the audience.
- Every presentation must submitted in advance as a PowerPoint file.

- Presenters must be duly registered in the Congress by March 20, 2023 or their presentation will be removed from the program and from the abstract book.
